Babysit. It is fun relatively easy and tax free. Take a Red Cross Course first though!

Babysit for your parents friends and relatives. Don't expect much though; I got paid like, 4 bucks an hour. XD
Don't feel comfortable with kids? Do chores. If you just need something to do, then check out volunteer work. If you want an actual -job-, too bad. You're too young, by law. Try the above suggestions; through them you can learn if you can handle it and you can learn proper responsibility. Even if you're not paid anything, work as hard at it as if you were on the payroll. It'll pay off.
By the way, next time try not to advertise your age AND your state. Try something like "Anybody know what an eleven-year-old can do in the US for a job?" And don't sound so desperate. There is no need for capitals and tons of question marks.

you have to be 16... but that doesnt mean that u cant work off the books... knock on the neighboors doors and ask if they would like u to cut their lawn.. for 10-20 bucks depending on the size. its a good way to start.
