Definitely Lindsay. Hilary has the good-girl image and is overall way more wholesome than Lindsay, but if you're talking about looks, Lindsay Lohan is definitely prettier.

I believe Lindsay Lohan is a troubled girl, who lost a lot of popularity with me when she got breast implants. So I definately have to go with Hilary Duff

I'm not a fan of either of them, but if you want looks opinion I think Hilary is DEFINITELY prettier. (I think Lindsay Lohan is just plain ugly!)

Both should be outlawed, like unpasteurized milk. As far as it goes, I think Hillary would do better by Hugh Hefner because she is closer to platinum blonde. Lohan has been there but anything fake and silicone suits her. I would say the young 'Hefs', Ali G, Nick Lachey and George Whatever, would go for the redheaded Lohan.

Lindsay Lohan. I dont really like either of them at the moment though. Because they both dont have anything good going on in their careers. They are just getting skinner and skinner.

Hillary ,Lindsay has lost way to much weight .she looks unhealthy. but i think Mandy Moore is prettier than either one of them.
