It doesn't do anything to me that I know of. I never really thought much about it until I became a bartender 7 years ago. I guarantee you it brings out the crazies.
I'm not talking about anything bad, but everytime the place was packed and people seemed extra wild, someone would say it must be a full moon. Sure enough it was.
After 7 years of seeing this, I truly believe if affects some people.

I don't really know the moonphase very often, but my friend says he gets moody and really sensitive on full moons. It makes me giggle because apparantly he feels the menstrual cramps of those close to him (like his girlfriend, my two other friends, and I; he doesn't like many people). It's funny because his girlfriend and one of my friends have awful cramps, and my other friend and I get mood swings galore (her for the down, me for the up). So he acts weird when we do. XD
I think that this apparent sensitivity to menstration and moonphases is simply pyschological, unconcious things. Perhaps he smells/sees something different about us, unconciously, and begins to pick it up. The moonphases could be the light you get at night, or simply the unconcious realization of the change of pull (after all, the moon causes tides.)

It affects me like so much, such as staying up all night to gaze at it for hours, and I get a bit more wild, and that's why I always and only throw parties with my friends on full moons!

I have really wild and vivid dreams. Seriously, I always know the moon is full because of them before I ever notice it in the sky or on the calendar.

It actually affects my mood. Full moons tend to make me happier while crescents make me feel uncertain. Not the strangest thing I have ever heard, after all, when you consider gravitational pull.
