If you wana keep cool, out side wear some shourts and a t-shirt, or bring a spray bottle of water and a cold drink!

Witch Hazel from the drugstore - keep it in the fridge to make it extra refreshing. Much cheaper than the brand name stuff too and it won't dry out your skin.
