HEY, GIRLFRIENDS!!
YES I SAW IT THREE TIMES NOW!! THE OPENING DAY... TWICE TODAY..DISRUPTIVE PEOPLE....BAD VIEW..AND THE LAST TIME JUST BECAUSE I THINK SUPERMAN/ ACTOR BRANDON JAMES ROUTH!! IS HOT (NOT GAY)!!MMMM
I LOVE IT! MY FAVORITE SCENE IS THE PLANE SCENE..AND WHEN THE BAD DUDE SHOOTS HIM AND IT BOUNCES OFF...THE EYE THING WAS COOL TOO! THE GIRLIE THING I LIKE IS WHEN HE TAKES LOIS LANE ABOVE THE CLOUDS!!HMMM I WISH IT WAS ME!!!
LOVED IT! I AM SO GOING TO BUY IT WHEN IT COMES ON DVD.

Good points: Special effects were tight! Brandon Routh really did remind you of Christopher Reeve! Plane save scene was the best sequence.
Bad points: Story wasn't very strong (Lex uses crystals to create an ocean-island that never kills anyone or does any harm? Huh? Wha? Superman has a son? What the...? Why didn't Superman find Lex on that island and dish out a little payback?)
Superman's "S"--why the hell was is so small? Look at every modern rendition of Superman, starting with Christopher Reeve, and look at the "S." It's supposed to be huge, not tiny. This is Superman for god's sake! Superman!
And the last point: The Superman theme. Think back to the movie. Once you got to the halfway point, that theme just kept popping up like a bad case of gas. Don't say you didn't notice it.
I went in with low expectations and was still let down. The movie looked good, but that was about it. I was hoping for something along the lines of Batman Begins. I guess we're just going to have to wait for Spiderman 3.

Brandon Routh played a great Superman and reminded me a lot of Christopher Reeves
Kevin Spacey played a better Lex Luthor than Gene Hackman.
Kate Bosworth was not a very good Lois Lane I thought Margot Kidder played her better.
all in all I thought the movie was very good. I thought Kevin played Lex much more ruthless like he is in the comic books.

I liked it. I would have liked to have seen more patriotism out of the character, but otherwise it was good. Superman used to be all about, "Truth, Justice, and the American Way." For some reason they leave out the american way part.

I loved it! Even though i have to sit on the floor for almost an hour before I can get a decent seat, it was all worth it.

i did! and i love it! i actually clapped when the movie ended... and the new superman looks a lot like the old supeman. lol. i', going to watch it again tonight. haha
