You need to both be fertile and have sex shortly before the woman ovulates. You will *probably* need to do this for 2-4 months before you are successful, although some couples do get pregnant the first month.
Or you could have sex at random times during the woman's cycle; in this case, it takes an average of 3-6 months.
Please read _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler for details on how to increase your chances of getting pregnant.

if you are worrying about what other people or your childeren might feel if you want childeren u need to talk to them. you two obviously love each other that is why u are married, u obviously know how to make them. i think that age is not an issue when it comes to parenting unless ofcourse you are younger than 20. dont worry about other people, your childeren may even like the idea of having another baby. maybe u should look into adopting, there are too many childeren in this world who need the chance of a happy home.

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 5 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

Don't think about it so much and let nature take it's course and time. Plan a romantic outing and enjoy each other. No pressure = lots of fun.

Go to this free website http://www.mymonthlycycles.com and put in your period info and it will calculate when you will be fertile and ovulating.
Relax and Just don't think about it cause when you do that is when you will get pregnant.
Good luck
