I am not good in math will that affect a sugerical nurse career

You will have to take some math, but if you REALLY want to be a nurse, you'll find a way to be successful. Its not ALL math. You can do it! :)

In terms of getting your degree, it might make it a little difficult as many science courses require good math skills, but for those courses you can always get a tutor. But if you ask some people, good medicine is in part in art, and once you get into the operating room, it is highly unlikely you will need to recall answers from your calculus final.

To a certain extent. You need math to do that kind of stuff. Don't worry though; I doubt you will have to go past Calculus (or even to Calculus).
