The question is: "can you pay your bills?" Economics is about money, and if you don't understand the numbers on your checks, you've fucked up. As long as you can understand the math of money outside of class, you'll "survive" in class. But you can also "survive" without your legs. I'd suggest cracking open a math book for good luck, wouldn't hurt to brush up on the basics.

Math and economics are 2 different subject matters. Most of the math involved in economics is fairly simple, and it's the other aspects of economics that I found hard. I studied engineering, was very strong in math, and almost flunked out because I did so poorly in an economics course.

No, because Economics has the most quantitative math other than Engineering. It is hard. Try Business with a Global studies major. Or a International Business major.

Macro or Micro economics? If it's just one of those two classes, you'll be fine. But if your taking a more advanced economics class, then you better step up your game in the math department.

In just the basic courses, like ones that are necssary for graduation, I think you'll do fine, you might struggle a bit but it's doable. You'll just have to put in more effort.

if you're considering that for a major, then I suggest you reconsider your choice. o_o
