Personally, if I was dating a girl who had your condition, I would find it to be a cool novelty, and a great conversation piece.
If he cannot accept the fact that God has made your feet unique, by giving them three extra appendages, then, quite frankly, he is not good enough for you.
I suggest you tell him in a cute funny way. Like tell him when your second little piggy, "stayed home" that three others decided to keep it company. Something like this is petty, and if he cannot see beyond it, then he's got some serious issues.
BTW, this sounds like something really cool. I saw a couple of others requested a pic of your feet. If you do send it out to them, would you email it to me as well?
