My ex (together for 8 years) left me less than 6 months ago and ran off with a European backpacker (12 years younger than him) and is now in Europe. I found out that he got married in June (less than 4 months after we split!!). He met this UGLY girl in Nov last year. Do you think it will last? (I hope not). He text me AFTER he got married saying that he thinks he made a mistake and that he was scared, and I'm pretty sure he just did it for a work visa.

Sounds like he doesnt deserve you and you should move on and find someone better. He obviously doesnt know what he wants. And when he comes crawling back (which he will if he already hasnt) I say you laugh in his face.

Shouldn't you be telling the world what a favor he has done for you? The guy is a jerk and he got what he deserves if he is miserable so soon after the "I DOS". You can not honestly say life with him was all rosey be truthful to yourself when you answer this question. I say rejoice and move on with your life. Forget him and find the REAL Mr. RIGHT... Have fun finding him and good luck....
