You should seriously think about your decision to get a tattoo at 14. This is something that will be with you for the rest of your life unless you get it removed at a later date. But to answer you question yes the tattoo will stretch/fade. It will stretch as your muscles get bigger if the tattoo is a wrap around. With time it will fade.

it does stretch and it will not go back to normal. it wont stay stretched out but once you have the baby and begin to go back to your size the tattoo will never look the same. i know people who have even gotten their covered with another tattooed or touched up

First off, you can't get a tattoo when you're only 14, you have to wait until you're 18. Even with your parents permission. And yes, tattoos can stretch out because your skin stretches if you get bigger. They also fade over time, but you can always get them retouched to keep them looking good.

I would suggest getting a fake or temporary tattoo that will last 3 years. If after 3 years, you are still convinced you want a permanent tattoo, then that would be compelling reason enough that would far outweigh stretching or fading.

Tattoo's do not strecth. Skin does. You may want to really think about it before you get it.
