Go over and talk to them, introduce yourself, handshake. Then explane the problem. If possible make another parking suggestion for another spot someplace else. See how that goes, talk to them again if they need it.

Nothing if they're parking on a public street. It's open to anyone who wants to park there- you don't have special rights to that spot.

But, you could park your car there all day so they can't have the space.

Let them know that you will have to alert the proper authority if they continue to violate your parking space. Also you can put your garbage on the street so that they can not park there. Depending on what city you live in

When you see their car in front of your house, post a letter on their car letting them know that you don't want them to park there. Or you can wait until they start approaching their car and catch up to them and talk to them up front and negotiate a time they are able to park there and a time that they need to be out of there.

Go to your county / city municipal office and find out how they can help you put a sign "No parking" in front of your house...

Or a sign that says " Private property" or "Cars will be towed"...

Contact the owner of the apartments. Other than that, if it is a public street, there's nothing you can do except park there yourself.

if it's in your contract promising a parking space, you'll have to complain to the office management. If not you are just going to have to live with this aggravation. good luck...

Post signs that say no parking, and when people park, have them towed.
