Driving across country on my own, settling down in Seattle all on my own and making a life for myself here. It's the hardest thing I've ever had to do, but it's been well-worth it!

Proudest moments…hmmm I don’t think I’ve had it yet…I don’t know maybe when I become a mother someday or grow old and see I’ve risen good kids who’ve become a good part of society or when I can do something really meaningful for my parents…whatever it is I’m just not there yet :)…

Many proud moments especially with many kids. Their first walk, their first talk, their first day in school, graduation, their first day at work. When my students introduced me to their kids , who are my son's classmates , to their relatives and friends as their professor. There is always a strange feeling of pride especially in the achievement of those whose lives you've touched and cared for.
Remember your achievements and your proud moments making a difference in another life so you may now go to sleep soundly.

My most proud moment was when I walked to get my diploma.
I've put my all in , It felt heavy toward the end as if i was never going to happen.
I hate school and to this day i still do..but all the elders say "knowledge is the most powerful thing you can have"....and I was not going to go to graduation..i just wanted to get my diploma in the mail or pick up..but as much as i hate ceremonies..i did it for my family..everyone cried except me..weird thing is i still don't feel like i graduated..but I felt proud..because..i did it for my Mom and Dad who everyday dropped me off at school, help me out with lab fees, moved closer to my high school to make it easier for me, they did all they can do to help me increase in my education...they told me they felt relieved that i made it..i am the only one out my family to get my diploma most..GED or never finished school.. so i have to say that was my proudest moment...
There! story told...
now go to bed...
night eyes!
:) Peace!

got accepted to a private college. :) I didnt think I would ever made it to college but I did. With the help from the HEOP program, I finally got a chance to go to college. This might sound like a college essay kinda thing, but it's true! I'm very lucky....
Now please go to bed.
