No one but the doctor can tell you if you are pregnant. The symptoms do not matter as many women do not experience any at all and some that do, have a positive pregnancy test before they have any of the symptoms. And, others experience symptoms because they are either afraid of being pregnant or they want so badly to be pregnant. However, the very first symptom, will be a missed period. So, go to your doctor for a blood pregnancy test.

You need to go to the doctor and get checked out. Yes you could be pregnant if you had sex. Woman can still "spot" (the red you took notice to) even if they are expecting. Not only will you feel better once you know for sure if you are pregnant but you really need to have an exam to make sure nothing else is wrong. A late period and spotting can mean lots of things. If you are a teen and afraid to tell your parents about this right now you can always go to a Planned Parenthood...or any other free clinic of your choice depending on your beliefs...and have a test done. I don't know how they work now...it's been a long time since I had to use one...but I believe they only do pregnancy tests there. For a complete gyno exam you will probably have to go see your doctor. Again...if you are a teen you still have medical rights. What you discuss with your doctor is private and he/she can not tell your parents...or anyone else. However...you shouldn't have to go through such a scary thing alone. Perhaps talking with your mother...or another adult woman whom you trust and respect...would be a good idea. Just please...go get yourself check out and make sure everthing is okay. My thoughts are with you.

The only thing I can tell you is see a doctor. Only a doctor can diagnose you. Can you be pregnant, sure.. if you're having sex, there's always that possibility. And those tests aren't always accurate. The most accurate are blood work and ultrasounds. So if I were you, I'd go see a doctor.
Good luck and I hope everything turns out the way you want it to.

You should go to the Dr. and get a blood test to make sure. With some women the urine test does not work. Also some women will still get a period or will spot during the 1st termester.

There has to be something wrong if you have not had a period but it don't mean that you are pregnant you could be stressed out or something else medical wise. I would make an doctors appointment and see what is going on, but don't panic or stressed out that will just make if worse. good luck

There is definitely something wrong with you. The blood is a bad sign. Like everyone else says, go to a doctor, and do it now.

Well you could be but it would be best if you just went to see the Dr. Don't think about being pregnant either because you can go as much as 5 months thinking you are and not have your period either but yet you are not pregnant. I can't remember what they call that but basically it's "all in your head" !!

I would have a check up at the Doctor. I was pregnant and my test showed negative and there can be some spotting when your pregnant, its due to a soft cervix. there is nothing wrong with you. it can be allot of things, stress, but the doc will know more.

you should get a (blood) pregnancy test at the doctor.
it's possible that you are very early pregnant but may be heading to miscarriage.
the blood test at the doctor's office is much more accurate than the urine tests you can buy at the store.
good luck

If I were you I would go to my OBGYN Doctor and ask for a serum hcg test (blood pregnancy test) only then you can determine if you are pregnant or not. She will also ask you if you are taking any medications that affects your menstruation
