Daredevil is blind, he uses his senses to see. Batman (a bat), uses his radar (for lack of a better description) to sense danger.

this was answered in season of fear Daredevil won due to the fact that batmat gadgets didn't work on him because of his radar sense and DD found out Batman was Bruce due to the heartbeats are the same.

Batman, no real super powers, but he has the most toys. Therefore he will beat Daredevil hands down, or maybe just run him over with his Batmobile.
FYI, Batman has no attributes of a bat except his suit.

batman ofcourse if they ever do collide you see dare devil is from marvel comics and batman is from dc comics. batman has too many weapons and back up like robin,batgirl,alfred, the commisioner gordon,catwoman and that little robin i forgot what his name was but, you get the point.
