She hit her head badly on the ceramic floor.She kept ice on it all night. She seems ok now just a little bit of headache now and then. She has a little bleeding mark on the back of her head like when you scratch your head too much. However her memory, and consciousness is fine. Doing well otherwise, eating, cooking, doing normal activities.Can she be considered safe by now? She is very reluctant to see a doctor and I cannot take her becuase she lives out of U.S.A.

A concussion is a jarring injury to the brain. A person who has a concussion passes out for a short while. The person may feel dazed and may lose vision or balance for a while after the injury.
A brain contusion is a bruise of the brain. This means there is some bleeding in the brain, causing swelling.
A skull fracture is when the skull cracks. Sometimes the edges of broken skull bones cut into the brain and cause bleeding or other injury.
A hematoma is bleeding in the brain that collects and clots, forming a bump. A hematoma may not be apparent for a day or even as long as several weeks. So it's important to tell your doctor if someone with a head injury feels or acts oddly. Watch out for headaches, listlessness, balance problems or throwing up.

she still needs to see a doctor.. try to find a clinic in the phone book. she could still have some type of fracture possibly to the head or a concussion.. i know she seems fine but one night she could go to sleep and not wake up.. she'd be in coma.. so act quickly

well if you have watched her and all the above things are fine, i think your okay, but if she starts sayin she is really sleepy and she wants to lay down dont let her cause that is sign of a concussion, get her to the doctor or er like now

well usually head injures are when you are actually knocked out. if she was knocked out she should go to the doctor. otherwise you just pay attention to any symptons.

If she is experiencing no dizziness or nausea, and she was not knocked unconscious by the fall, chances are she's okay.

she should go see a doctor. she can have a concussion. and possibly fractured her skull.
