My son was taken away because the local police and other people lied never gathered their facts before removing my son from a babysitters home and I was called back I was gone a hour before I recieved a phone call callling me back there to the babysitter's home. I have gathered the facts and finding more to back my side up. The local government is sticking together and covering up the owner of the house which we couldn't live in because a lot of repairs got to be done. My son was beaten up, chocked, stabled and not given his asthma or bee string medicne in foster care. I have all the proof of the local government lies and wrote to President Bush but still no help. The house was burned three days after the letter to Bush was faxed. Before that I was contacting lawyers to find out the ways I can fight to get the facts straight. I had some proof that I gave people to hold on to and more was in the house. I did have a sign posted in the house everything gets recorded.

Get yourself a lawyer (preferably not one from the same town). Contact your state police agency. Usually they will investigate local law enforcement complaints. Allegations of hate crimes, civil rights violations or police misconduct can be taken to the FBI as well. Either way you should be represented by a competent lawyer.

Call a lawyer, or call the highly-selective ACLU. Good ol' boy governments are nasty. Actually, all governments are nasty. :(
