Hey guys how is keeping it illegal going to stop kids from getting it? I though that by legalizing it then the kids could get it for next to no money so they won't have to steal for it and the Criminals will be out of a job? You can get it down the street any day only problem is the price. I thought legalizing it would bring the price down?? Do you really think getting drugs is difficult??

Regardless people are going to do them. During the Prohibition era there was a no alcohol law passed and things went to ****, so after 13 years of hell they gave up and started preachin "moderation." The fact is it's only a matter of time before people become so desenitized to so called drugs and eventually they'll be easier to obtain, taxed, quasi legal, and still overly used. The problem states have come across with legalization is the threat that anything that can be used can also be abnormaly used, or abused. This is where the schedule of drugs come from in addition to ranking the punishment. Its a matter of how serious of a problem the project upon society. If you really think about it, tabacco and alcohol, "gateway" drugs are legal to certain age groups because they're not viewed the same way as other drugs because people are used to them!

Every drug should be legalized... but yet, there should also be heavy education as to the potential harm of each drug where everyone can make an informed personal decision as to take drugs or not.
Forbidden fruit is always attractive. If you don't believe me, read the story of Adam and Eve. (Even those who are agnostic or atheist can attest that as a great fable). On the other hand if you educate the public and leave the decision up to each individual, chances are that most people will choose naturally to stay away from those drugs.

Yes, they should legalize some drugs.
Marijuana: Almost everyone has tried it, legalize it, you can tax it and put money into schools or something similar.
Cocaine: Professionals do this a lot because they can afford it. Again, tax and use the money to pay the poor schoolteachers more.
Maybe if these were legal they would better grade all the time and folks wouldn't have to worry about getting "bad" or "fake" stuff.

Legalize. No. Decriminalize? Maybe a few. Weed and maybe a few others. Coke and Crack, never. But I believe that drug offenders should not go to jail. send them to drug rehab until they are clean then put them on probation were they must be drug tested once a week and are under house arrest during their probation( work release is O.K.) and they must pay for the rehab. Jail doesn't fix anything. Drug dealers on the other hand should get life in prison. They are the ones that should suffer the most.

NO! I see to many kid's getting in all differnt kinds of stuff, messing them up pretty bad, and even killing some. All for a high, this is a serious problem in our world today. They'll steal, beg, an borrow, and even kill for a fix. They haunt there families, and drain them of everything for a fix. And if you love them, you'll turn them in, and just keep telling them NO more. That is true love.

Marijuana should be legal. Ecstasy should be decriminalized and studying in an unbiased way, as should LSD.
So called "hard drugs" that are scientifically PROVEN (not politically claimed) to be either addictive or hazardous to health should not be legalized.

I think weed should be Legalized.. but all other drugs have got to go......Weed dont really harm no one just make most people, well some people chill mode and get fat!

because that way the big manufacturers would set the prices forcing everyone not to be able to buy them (since they would be so expensive) then everyone would be forced to quit
