Are you on meth or acid cause I would wait till I came down and then look again and if you still have yellow dots on your penis with hair coming out of them./ Maybe you should go to the doc!!!!!!!!!

well i dunno but just make an appointment with a doctor to be on the safe side especially if ur sexually active dont panic just got find out whats goin on and if everything is fine then ask ur doc to tell u more about puberty stages and what to look out for so u wont be alarmed....good luck hope this helps

Yes when you start to enter the age of puberty around 12 or so.

dude your talking about those "white head" sorta looking things on the base of your penis???? normal perfectly normal, I don't know what they are called..but it is normal....only if it is at the base

Could be ingrown hairs. Could be warts. Might want to ask the doctor next time you are there.

Umm......okay how old r u ? It is quite possible it has something to do with puberty...but!! If you are sexually active,it maybe something other get it checked by your doctor ................
