Earwigs are a royal pain and hard to get rid of. They destroy gardens and even potted plants.

The best method I have found is "soap". I dont like using chemicals as they can damge my flowers almost as bad as the earwigs.

You can buy "safe soap" or simply make it yourself. Put a small amount of 'ajax" dish soap in a bottle sprayer with water and spray each plant.

Be generous around stems and ground. You may have to do this several times a week especially after a rain but it works!

Fantastic brand spray cleaner kills earwigs on contact. Not sure if it will hurt plants though.. if you spray the bugs outside, hose the plants down after 15 minutes and they should be ok.

Depends. Chemicals do the trick. ( Bug B Gon). Sprays

Natural method is diatomaceous earth sprinkled sparingly where they tread.

Nother natural method are Bantam Chickens. Even in city limits if you have a fenced yard but boy do they tear the ground up looking for them

Chickens work great. When i had chickens they would hunt them down while i mowed the lawn. It would depend on the species. There are basically two types. One that eats other insects and one that eats plants. You can spray the plants if they are the type to eat plants, but there is not much you can do to the other type.

Use a personal trimmer and get that hair out of your ears. Then, make sure the next time you go to the wig store that you don't let them put them in your ears...GOSH!...

squish them! no, get some windex and spray it on some of the live ones and then leave it there for the others to see and maybe they will go away.
