From a sheer enforcement standpoint, a guy would. I think a girl would try to do more of a partnership with their 'workers' which could lead to better long term financial prospects.

Definitely women. Women are better at handling money, women can hold down a business better. Not all of us, but some. We can definitely make better choices at some things, especially when it comes to business.
