I LOVE oxy-clean!
I use it for everything... laundry, carpet, bathroom tiles, the seal around the fridge, counter tops...
I used it to get dried blood out of a pillow case after oral surgery (just a little scrubbing).
All I ever had to do was follow the directions, and sometimes apply a little elbow grease. Like any cleaning product, it doesn't do ALL the work by itself, and it works in hot water.
I added it to the mix of baking soda, salt, vinegar and hot water for clearing drains... it seemed to work a little faster.
I moved into an apartment that the toilet had "rust" stains that nothing else removed, but one of the company's products did the trick... I was astonished!
I rave on and on... I should telly ou, I have no financial interest in, nor have I ever been employed by the good folks who make the product! I'm just a fan!

I did, it worked okay for a few things, but not most things. I personally did not like it. If you need to get something out and Oxy Clean does not work, try Goop (hand cleaner - not the orange scented one but the regular one) on it, that stuff works for anything. Rub it into the stain without water, then let it sit for awhile - maybe 20 minutes - before washing as usual. (Goop even got out some street tar after my grandson got it on his clothes). Oh, if the stain is still in whatever you washed no matter what you used on it - do not dry it but try washing it again after soaking the stain for at least an hour - the dryer will set the stain and it will be even more difficult to get out.

This stuff will get red wine out of anything. I spilled a whole glass on light beige carpet and it came right out. Was like magic.

I'm assuming you're referring to the stuff for laundry, not the stuff for zits. Actually now that I think about it, my answer is the same for both- neither one works AT ALL.

Billy Mays, the OxyClean Man, is the Devil. We must shun anything that man tried to sell on T.V.

i haven't used it for anything except laundry and i love it. it keeps the whites white. i have found that if you use it in the laundry it needs to be used with warm water because otherwise it doesn't always dissolve in cold water. i think it works really well.
