Stop gaming for points, y'all.

There was an '80s band who mentioned this in one of its songs.

What was it, and who sang it?

I have the CD it was done in 91- they were a very late 80's more 90's band for sure. The album was "woodface" anyway in the liner notes it doesn't say anything about who met or didn't meet elvis- in the context of this song I 'm pretty sure none of them niel or tim Finn really saw him @ a 7-11- but those "sightings" were popular. Whatch what I do with the same Q re-worded.
And--- actually that woodface CD may have been the third CD OR BO- i doubt best of.

Anyway the answer is: after they mentioned :tammy baker

I saw elvis presley walk out of a seven eleven
And a woman gave birth to a baby and then bowled 257
Now the excess of fat on your american bones
Will cushion the impact as you sink like a stone

Crowded House
song was Chocolate Cake

I can't say who exactly saw elvis. Maybe you or someone knows.

I liked those Aussie's!
