That would be no way.....Notre Dame has a shot at the National Championship this season, Purdue, will be lucky to finish 6-6 this year (they only reason they get there is a weak non-conference schedule), their defense gave up over 430 yards a game last year, that must improve. If not, they could be looking at a 8th place finish in the Big 10 or lower.... Going into South Bend and winning????? (not in '06 that's for sure) Don't think so....you can dream.....it's nice to dream. But the Boilermakers are a average team at best (and that's very questionable because their defense is so bad).

Purdue got shown up last year at home in what was supposed to be a tough road test of the Irish. What makes you think that the Boilermakers will do any better against an even more potent Notre Dame team in South Bend? Honestly, I want to know. I couldn't disagree with you more.

Geez, that's a fantasy if I've ever seen one. Notre Dame will win. Purdue will be lucky to get 7 or 8 wins this year. Here are their wins this year: Indiana State, Ball State, Northwestern, Indiana, Illinois, and Hawaii. They MAY beat Miami (OH), but it's iffy. They're lucky they aren't going to play OSU this year and get embarassed. Have fun finishing in 8th or 9th place in the Big 10 this year.

Oh, Luke - crush is such a harsh word. No, my late father went to Notre Dame and, in his honor, I cannot bring myself to believe that.
(My brother told me a boilermaker was a beer with a shot of gin in it...)

~Who cares? A Has Been vs a Never Was. But is Jesus still kicking field goals for the Irish? If so, they haven't got a prayer. Give me a Boiler-maker to a hymnal any day.

purdont wont win one game but the losers at notre lame will get their arses whooped in the horse shoe just like they did in tempe beotch.... by the way a boilermaker is a mug of beer that you turn a shot of WHISKEY over into it and slam em fast... or in purdont's case its a train that runs on steam power not coal
