I have never heard of that name but I believe that any child named Nouna would be teased a lot. People would jokingly say "Verba", "Subjecta", "Pronouna"... Nothing too bad but could become tiring to the child.

The name sounds like a girls name to me but it doesn't do anything for me.

It would be the biggest mistake you could ever make to name your child that! Your child would be so mad at you! He/She would be teased so much! It doesnt sound like a girl or boy's name. It doesn't sound like a name at all just something they are taught in school. Good Luck!
