I have bad thoughts all day long, but I try never to act on them, your actions make all the difference, the less you react to things the less you feel bad, then you begin to have less and less bed thoughts, if on the other hand you dwell on bad thoughts you react to them hence the term "chip on you shoulder" go ahead battle the world, you'll lose, choose wisely whats worth fighting for
and the stuff that doesn't matter let that be someone Else's problem, but no bad thoughts do not equal bad karma, bad actions will bring all the bad Karma you'll ever want.

Bad thoughts are a result of bad karma. Bad thoughts are uncomfortable and unpleasent. If you cannot clear them from your mind they will eventualy cause ill health. Unhealthy people usually lead unsatisfactory lives. This, of course, leads to bad karma. It's a vicious cycle.

I guess other people are right when they say bad actions lead to bad karma. But, your thoughts can affect your experience, regardless of whether there is any action from them.

Bad thoughts lead to bad actions. But bad karma is merely another way of saying "consequences".... And I do believe that bad actions lead us toward unwanted consequences.

Everybody has good and bad thoughts.A lot of bad thoughts come out of anger or jealousy.Ask yourself if you're angry or jealous....or are you thinking of the good and bad side of things.Looking at the good and bad side of things is ok.If your having bad thoughts all the time....it'll lead to bad karma.Find out the cause of these bad thoughts and try to correct it.If you need help....by all means seek help from someone you trust or get professional help....there is no shame in it.It would be a shame not to.
