My man loves oral but has never had a climax from oral. He always want me to do it. I don't understand why he likes it so much if he aint gonna climax?

I understand perfectly. I have had a hard time climaxing from oral as well because I do not feel comfortable climaxing in the mouth but it still feels good.
What may work is to tell him to fantasize about anything at all that turns him on and let him build his fantasy. Tell him that he will need to tell you if you need to adjust your touch or anything to maximize his opportunities (after all, you can't feel what he is feeling).
When he is about to climax, he can tell you and you can act appropriately.
