I need money to attend college should i ask him?

What is this,u haven't seen him for a couple of years n wanting to see him just to pay up your college fees? Grow,thats not it! There's more to seeing him than just wanting him to pay up your fee.

Do you know where he lives? If so, have you made attempts to see him or have you written to him?
If you've been "too busy" or "just haven't gotten around" to being in touch with him until you need money----then forget it.
Are you in the habit of using other people, too?

I haven't asked my dad and my mom said I should but I cannot the hurt goes too deep and he dosne't understand why I hurt so bad becasue he is emotionally impaired.

Well after hanging with him for a little bit. Thats pretty much like using him and yea thats not right. Get a job or something seriously.

I would but not on the first contact. Get to know him again and let him in on what is happening in your life. Ask him when you feel comfortable talking to him. But make sure this is not the only reason you contact him again, keep in contact you may regret later in life.

Yes, He should want to help you. If he doesn't want to have a relationship with you , tell him not to call when he is old and in need of a person to help him.
