i want to be a bodybuilder so i wanna ask that does masturbating really affect our body growth?&upto what limit does it affect?

Masturbating will use up your testosterone so make a choice have fun or build up.
It will not effect anything but muscle growth. Bone and other tissues will not be affected by the loss of testosterone in fact increased testosterone can in fact cause your body to stop growing and fuse your bone plates causing you to be shorter than you would normally. Lots of body builders that use steroids before they are fully grown end up shorter than they would have been normally.

Nope. All that BS people say is to scare you.
as for the lowering testosterone comment above, your body has a way to tell how much there is in your system. If there is not enough it makes more, if there is too much it stops making it (which is way the balls shrivel up when you use steroids- your testerone levels are so high that the balls don't make any. Like any muscle you don't use it you loose it!)
So don't worry about it!

A tendency to take notice of idiots who think there is something wrong with doing it - otherwise no side effects. Hardly wasting semen btw - it dies and gets reabsorbed if not 'used'. Rather like the Bette Midler story about catching her boyfriend in the act - telling him to save it until they were married. (To which he replied - I am and have got half a jar full already).

Nope. No side effect. Just ask yourself: Is sex bad for me? - of course not.
And it doesn't use up testosterone either.
