1) I don't see a lot of support for your 2 "Dark Magicians".
2) "Rogue Doll" and "Neo the Magic Swordsman" are pretty much obsolete.

I was going to put more, but for a spellcaster deck, it needs a bit of work. There are solid cards there, but you need to find more of a specific theme.

SIlent Magicians, Dark Magicians, or any other kind of spellcasters work well in a deck catered to them specifically.

For example, silent magician is a powerful card, especially when LV 8 comes out. However, as a LV monster, she'll need support that are designed for monsters such as herself.

Same with Dark Magician and Dark Magician Girl.

Try to narrow the focus of your deck a bit.

You need to rethink the cards in your deck. This deck is obviously a spellcaster deck, but it does not contain many backup cards. Silent magician LV 4 + 8 need to come out. They do not work well in this type of deck.

Take out some of the weaker level 4 and above monsters with no effects, like rogue doll and replace them with Gemini elfs.

In all honesty, and I don't mean to offend you, but this deck cannot win a regional championship. It needs to be very finely tuned and in my opinion, your deck is rather "messy".

All you need to do is to review it, take away useless cards (rogue doll) and add 1 or 2 more 1900 atk (ish) monsters that are level 4. I would also remove Sorcerer of Dark Magic, as he takes 2 level 6 or higher tributes and he just isn't worth the time it takes to summon him.

All-in-all, I will give your deck a 50/100. It needs alot more help if you want to win the regionals.

Suggestion: buy the Spellcaster Structure deck. It has quite a few exclusive cards and has alot of staple Spellcaster support. Also, if you're trying to summon Sorceror of Dark Magic I suggest you use Chaos Sorceror's to do so. They're special summons and are 6 stars. If you can get one, get a Dark Magician of Chaos. He's really good. You need Jinzo if you use him though. Return From A Different Dimension can be used against DMoC.

umm..hmm...coming from one yugioh show addict to i'm assuming another (i'd duel myself too but well its a long story involving an evil older brother lol) ...you should add a swords of revealing light + maybe something else, you need more magican support i give your deck a 5.8 out of 10...but then again, its not just the deck, its the duelist too! good luck w/ur turnament! =D
