1.- Place chilled cucumber slices over your eyelids for 10 minutes. Cucumber contains natural astringents that constrict
the blood vessels around your eyes, making puffiness deflate.
2.-Place moistened cold caffeined tea bags over your eyes.
3.-Rinse your face in cold water when you wake up or when
puffy eyes attack any time of the day. The cold temperature
reduces eye swelling.
4.-Cut back on the amount of salt you eat as salt is a major
cause of bags under eyes. Beware of hidden salt-found in snacks
prepared foods, fast food etc. Read food labels for their sodium
( salt ) content.
5.- Sleep with two pillows. Elevating your head while you sleep,
helps in reducing morning eye puffiness.
6.Drink 8 large glasses of water. When a person is dehydrated,
body starts storing water as a defence mechanism and this will
add puffiness around the eyes.
Good luck.

Do you drink chamomile tea? If you do, take two bags thast have already steeped, remove excess moisture from them and place them on your eyes. You will notice a reduction in the puffiness of the area. Also,. cucumber slices have properties that will do this as well.
