why not? As long as that ovary functions, it is possible to get pregnant. It may take a little longer if the other ovary is removed or not functional, but it can happen.

Yes of course you can. That one ovary is working the exact same as if there was 2. It is highly possible.

Absolutely,my mother-in-law has only one ovary and 3 children! Your one ovary will produce plenty of eggs! Don't worry!

yes it is very possiable to get pregnat with one ovary that is all it takes is one ovary and all it take is to have sex once also

Yes, they can. My mother had to have one of her ovaries and fallopian tubes removed after she had my two brothers, and then she had me after.

YES!!! it only takes one, two only in the case of twins, and that's not as likely as just getting prego with 1... but, yes, 1ovary, 1egg, that's all that's needed.
