No, their genetics are the same but their fingerprints are different. Everyone has their own distinct set of fingerprints, even identical twins.

it seems there is always something to tell the two apart. Upon death or a search for a lost one that would probably be the way to search the idenity

I doubt it. Even though they have the same everything physically, I don't think they developed the same SKIN?
