everyones weight shifts throughout the day. It is lightest when you wake up because you have gone the longest time without eating. 10 pounds is quite a lot though. usually it is only 3-4 pounds. that should be checked out

There is nothing wrong with her if she is in good health. My weight bounces around about 5 pounds during the course of a normal month but can bounce around as much as 15 during the holidays or around other big events. I would say go get checked out by a doctor and make sure there isnt anything wrong and while your there throw the question out to the doc. But even without a doctors appointment I wouldnt sweat it too much as long as she is pretty healthy.

Anyone's weight male or female can fluctuate by 10 pounds women can do that from fluid they retain fluid in preparation a few days or even a week before their periods.
Men or women can also have up and down weight depending on their diet and how full of crap they are. (sorry no nice way to say it) LOL Use a laxative or get more fiber.
You should have a bowel movement 3 times a day or you are constipated. The average person can carry from 12 to 15 pounds of excess fecal mater (see I told you no nice way to say it) with in their intestinal tract.

honey it is normal and could very well be hormones. I am 27 and my weight shifts the same way. I am 5'7 and have the same issues. I weigh about 145-155 also and mostly depends on the time of month. Hey she is fine, if she is happy with the weight and you are than she is FINE!

Weight changes. It's probably just water weight fluxuating. Don't worry about it unless it starts changing a lot more like 145 - 120 or 145-170.

It is not a problem - we all go up and down a little due to water retention in our bodies. Women have more drastic shifts than men, but a 10 lb shift over a reasonable amount of time is okay. If she is concerned, than convince her to ask a doctor - better safe than sorry. Best of luck. Take care.

I am 5'2 and average between 117 and 125 all the time. It's good to weigh at the same time evry day with no clothes on, this gives you the most accurate measure. I wouldn't worry. It's probably due to fliud intake and fluctuations in diet.

A 10 lbs weight gain or loss? It could be her trying to control her weight or it could be a thyroid problem. If she's that worried about it go see a doctor and ask if she has any other symptoms to thyroid problems.

women's weight can fluxuate during the month depending on how much water weight she retains. Usually at your heaviest just before/during menstruation, and at a lighter weight mid cycle. Pay attention to salt intake, it can add to bloating
