Can my Nokia 6682 use Mp3's as a ringtone?

when I click help on the phone, it jus gives a description of the option. it doesnt say how to actually do it.

The good: Stylish; large, vivid display; EDGE support; 1.3-megapixel camera; fully enabled Bluetooth; excellent photo- and video-editing tools; music player supports MP3 and AAC files; sends photos directly to USB-enabled printers.
The bad: Bulky and heavy; small numeric keys; no dedicated controls for the camera or speakerphone; so-so camera features.
The phone can use MP3s as ringtones but the service providers are the ones that lock that feature. If you buy it unlocked then yes.
The bottom line: With its 1.3-megapixel camera, full Bluetooth capabilities, and a sweet music player, the Nokia 6682 will have phone fanatics and on-the-go shutterbugs green-eyed with envy.

All Noki pohnes can, I think. Send it then hit option then set as ringtone
