Blueballs is a fact of a boy's life. They are the result of pelvic congestion, when more blood flows into the genitals (during sexual arousal) than flows out; and, when it remains in the genitals (penis and testicles) for an extended period of time, then it CAN cause discomfort and achiness.
Orgasm does alleviate blueballs. If there is no orgasm, however, the erection, blood flow, and achiness gradually subside.
Incidentally, blueballs HAS been used as a way for teenage boys to pressure their girlfriends into having sex, or into "getting them off" one way or another. And, girls CAN refuse because boys can always masturbate (with or without the girls).

*It is a serious medical condition that can damage your equipment. You need to ice them down if you ever get them. They come about because a guy gets so stimulated he is just about to orgasm but doesn't this happens usually in the teenage years. When guys can get raging hormones and not have the means to relase as regular as they need to. Or if an inexperienced female takes a guy to far then doesn't let him come. It rises to the prostate ready to go then goes backwards this is very painful and causes intense swelling. It is worse than getting kicked there. I would not wish this on my worst enemy.

It is a painful situation where the hormones have a young male's body all high-strung on having sex. One of the effects is that there is an aching pain in the testicular area.

women say that it doesn't exist, but it does just like their period. it is caused when they don't put out but only tease you. after all this your nuts will hurt really bad, they need to finish you off to avoid this serious problem.........

a feeling of disatisfaction when the penis is stimulated up to the brink of ejaculation but stopped for whatever reason, thus preventing ejaculation and sexual release. the solution is simple - - - w-a-n-k-i-n-g. cheers!
