Does anyone know of a website that is written in plain English in case any of these ignorant Americans wants to find out what is really going on in Palestine

You do not know The American people are very kind and smart.You think they are not doing anything at this time wait for the November Election this year.By the way,I met several American people who do more thing to find out about the world and educate themselves every day.They may not on the front page of the new stand or T.V.I am 100% sure they are researching the truth everyday and they never stop educating their peers and relatives.I urge you have a clean Website and tell the story that you encountered and be careful about your safety.( this is my honest opinion )

I've said repeatedly that Palestine should have it's own state. I think that is the only way to even begin a resolution over there.
As far as bigotry here in the USA... not so much towards Palestine or even Israel. You have to understand that our media is controlled by the Republican far right and we only get what news they want us to see. SO, most Americans are unaware of what is going on and most of them just believe what they are told. Also, a lot are taught to believe in hate and prejudice by media like Fox News and talk radio.

You people try to make out like there is some vast difference between Palestinians and Israelis. The only difference is the hat, and if they'd just finish killing each other off the world would be a safer place for decent people.

Dude, we want the truth, but Bush and his croneys have been lying to us from the start. The Iraq war was all based on a lie from Bush.
The American population in general. The ones who have common sense and aren't located in the brain-washed Bible-Belt of the USA and worry about Gays and abortion over important isuues like War. The ones who DIDN'T re-elect Bush and let Bush win the Presidency in fixed votes.
So be open minded and educate the ignorant ones in my country and find us that website.

.... i was going to leave it at that , but i have more to say . for over 20 years I've been saying ,"this is the home of the Bible & the Q'ran, if those people cant figure out how to live in peace we can not [ and should not try to] help them"... my wife has been to palistine and isreal and thinks both peoples are just wonderfull and i'm sure she is right. i understand the passion of both sides, i dont understand the lack of COMpassion on either side. no one should know more how the palisinians must feel having their land taken away than the jews. no one should know better how futal it is to try and kill off the jews than the palisinians... shame on the ignorance of both "tribes" i wish i could speak to the leadres there. i know how the palisinians could easily win. i do not know how isreal can win, but i do know how it can loose.. as long as there is violence there will never be peace.. and as long as there is violence.. niether "tribe" deserves peace......

Not all of us are that way. There are bad people in every crowd---who speak out of hate and ignorance.
As for the website, I believe you will get a fair and accurate accounting on cbn.com and follow the link to cbn news..I don't know your views, except that you have a disdain for Americans.
If you don't find what you are looking for, remember that every person is different, and deserves a chance, no matter what geographic area they come from. Believe me, you will save yourself a lot of headaches and heartaches, if you look at every encounter as a gift and opportunity to love.

I don't want to know what's going on in Palestine. That doesn't make me ignorant, it makes me apathetic. Ever hear the phrase "you made your bed, now lay in it"? That's about how I feel about the situation.
I'm so sick of people bashing all Americans because they can. But heaven forbid if we bash ... Palestinians (for instance). I'm not like that, but people ASSUME it because I'm American. You know what they say about assuming, right...?

You are making a broad, stereotypical statement without any basis of fact.
There are more Americans- myself included- that actually do the research, and do not take the media stories as the absolute fact on anything than you are giving credit for.
That is the same thing as me saying that all palestinians are terrorists... when in fact it is a small percentage who are so.
