hit and run means that you are involved in an accident and you do run away from the scene of the accident...basically if you are involved in an accident, it's better to check on the other party without considering who's wrong or right first as human lives are more important....

That is basically a hit and run. When you dont report it to insurance companies or the police. Not just not reporting, hitting someone (being hit) and then running (or getting ran out on) It is illegal.

I think it could be even the knowledge that they can have you. Then they disappear, leaving you feeling ashamed and wondering what you did wrong. It's a terrible thing to do to a woman.

it means when u hit somone just put ur car in revese and drive foward and never look back its betteer that way
