no that's within normal range. I'm 5'3 and 120 lbs. Remember that muscle weighs more than fat. I gain muscle easily.

A little chunk going on but I wouldn't call it fat just yet, you can always find a body fat index guide on-line so try that but to be honest don't put too much stock because for all I know you may have a muscular body which in that case no, not at all. just drop red meat products from your diet it make a big difference.
