I park my car on my drive way which is under the tree.. It seems like they only **** on my driveway and not my neighbors... Is there anyway i can get rid of them? They also sit on my car and **** on it.. I've seen it. The other day I was attacked by one.

Put plastic over your car roof. Shut it in the doors on each side
but leave it a little loose so it flapps in the wind. If they are pecking @ your mirrors use plastic bags and tie them on the mirrors. I know it sounds funny but I did it for a couple days and they stopped the poopin'! The plastic will also make for easy poop removal.

They have a nest there that is why they attacked you .
You can remove the nest or you can just use your water hose and make them feel not welcome there, they will probably move a few trees down or move from your block to a less aggressive place Remember reverse psychology you have to be persistent with the water hose different times and hours now you will be the one on there case.

Get an inflatable owl (see link below) and hang it from the tree near your car or somehow mount it near your car to scare the birds away.

A chainsaw should handle the job quite nicely. I prefer a Poulan 24", but I'm slightly biased.

Consider this, park down the street where there are no trees or park in your garage.
