i havent seen an area about drug usuage here so first is there one? or does noone have an issue with any kind of drugs.. i only ask because i like to help with this area more than any other because i have a lot of experience experimenting, getting hooked, being an addict, getting high and ultimatly quitting and staying clean. so... anyone? post something little here but then please post your own question, in this area.

i've wondered the same thing myself, i think it's the same reason there is no section for sex, gays, or alternative lifestyles - it's just socially unnacceptable and the only people who care are people like us who have problems with addiction

There is too a section for gays - gays, lesbian and transgendered. It's under Cultures and Groups.
As for the drug thing, well, I'm a recovering addict and alcoholic too and have found plenty of questions where my experiences have come in handy. It would be nice if they had a specific section for it but I don't think they do. Just keep your eye out for questions that relate to you and answer them honestly - it's good therapy for me and who knows? Maybe we make a difference.
