100 miles on day one of MS-150 Houston Austin. Day one for the Alamo Challenge (Houston to San Antonio) was about that also.

Back in the 80's I think a bunch of rode about 20 miles round trip to see Return of the Jedi. The ride there was all right but going home sucked.

I have not riding a bike for 20 years but i did 100 miles on my exercise bike before. It took me 6 hrs 18 mins.

Many years ago I used to do bike-a-thons to raise money for charity. One year, I got permission to do an extra 20 km ride on top of the normal ride... so all told, I did a 60kilometre bike ride (about 42 miles) and raised quite a bit of money for the charity.
