Just the two regular times a day is ideal. I have heard that brushing after EVERY meal is really bad for your theeth, even a cause of Gingavitas. I would two because in the morning the fresh breath and the whiteness goes on for the day, and at night you have to get all that plack and bacteria off you so, night and morning are the best! And try to use better thoothpastes like Crest and Colgate. Some thoothpastes are really bad for your teeth, and some don't veen work!
Good luck!

Well, I'd say no more than you eat a meal. At least in the morning and before bed though. 4 to 8 times is bad for your gums and could lead to SERIOUS problems later in life. For now try to cut back, only brush about 3 times a day, more if you eat something really potent but only then.

I would only brush your teeth 3 times a day the most. If your worried about bad breath then buy gum or mints. I
like the Listerine strips the best.

You have to brush them two to three times a day. It is bad to brush them too much because then your teeth could get very skinny and be more vunerable to falling off.

Brushing is always good as long as you do it the right way. You can never brush too much, you just have to do it right!
Ask your dentist.
