The surgery was five years ago. I get hot flashes, vomit quite often, leaky boobs but they are not sore.

It's doesn't really have anything to do with ur tubligation, You're horomones are out of balance and ur body is trying to decide if it's pregnant or not. Go to u're OB/GYN and let him prescribe you a synthetic hormore. If u don't want to go that route , just let nature take its course.

My guess is that your hormones have gone crazy after the surgery and that is causing some milk production. I would talk to your doctor about it if it does not stop on its own soon.

A hormone reaction within your system, quite the same as right before or directly after giving birth.

maybe during your surgery the surgeon manipulated your ovaries a little.

your hormones are out of wack contact your doctor.
