Therre is this Clinqiue 3 step method that I strongly reccomend. It comes with a soap that you rub on first with water, it opens up your pores and as well cleans them. Kind of liek shampoo. The 2nd step is to apply on the liquid cleaner. It clean ALL the bacteria from your whiteheads and stuff making them smaller. For the third step you apply on the lotion that moisturizes your pores, and within 2-3 days your acne will be gone! I also reccomend buying the acne resoloution from cLinque. It's ina tiny bottle so you can throw it into your purse! And use it whenever and wherever you want 2!

Also don't eat as much sugar and salt, and especially if you touch your face with your hands a lot don't. The saltiness and bacteria feeds theacne.

Start by using a cleanser containing salicylic acid, like Whoosh! from Benefit. Follow it up with a sulfur - based spont treatment. Murad's is my favorite. It may not clear everything up in two days, but it'll help!

cut down on sugar, keep your hands off of your face, wash it every so often with a peal or something not too creamy b/c that may clog your pores even more, and keep your hair out of your face, but don't let it be too far back.

supposedly there is this new thing at wal-greens that uses some sort of light..... you could try anti-perspirant on it. i've used that a few times. it doesn't always work, tho. just rub a tiny bit on.
