Get her an ENGLISH dictionary... And borrow it when every you can.
At 14 you should have scored in the low 90's.

The best gift I ever got from my baby sister was a hand written note with a Mickey Mouse stamp on it to invite me to HER 13 birthday party. It was my 17th birthday. I cherish it so much that I have framed it.
So as bigger sister I would say to do something like that. Draw her a picture, or write her a poem, or make her a birthday card.

If you know her size get her some pretty clothes, or even some pretty underwear. Pretty make up would be nice and some cds perhaps? I think you shouldnt get her a gift card or anything like that because comeon!! shes your big sis!! thats something u give to a person that invited you to sum party! show her that you love her!!

If you have a close relationship, take her someplace nice. Just the two of you. The memories of the time you spent together will last longer than a gift.

y not bake a cake, fix a nice meal 4 her? maybe even doing her household chores 4 her for a specific time. after all, u are offering her ur time, and that is priceless.

a gift card. if she has an ipod you could get her accessories for that or a prepaid card. the remington wet to straight iron (it is terriffic!)
