I remember all of the jokes and they seem to be resurfacing now that Gore has his big movie out, but I don't know EXACTLY what he said about inventing the internet. Please give me his exact quote and when he used it. I would appreciate it, because I want to be accurate in my dislike of the man.

Gosh that sounds like he said he created the internet to me! I love the line about "I took the initiative to move forward several initiatives" I'd say that takes a lot of initiative.

Well, turns out your dislike of Gore was set up by crooked Republicans. He said nothing like he "invented the internet" He said "During my service in the United States Congress, I took the initiative in creating the Internet. I took the initiative in moving forward a whole range of initiatives that have proven to be important to our country's economic growth and environmental protection, improvements in our educational system."

Gore did a lot to help this country, I hate it when people hurt other people's reputation by false accusations. Stop beleiving Republicans.

Gore said the he endorsed the Internet, since conservatives are so education challenged, they probably just misunderstood, or didn't know what he ment..

I don't remember the quote, but there were many others that secured my dislike of the man.
