Express and Old Navy try the Gap as well I know they have clothing for petite women although I am not one.
ooh yeah (duh on my part) Petite Sophisticate they cater to women who are petite so u can try them as well and probably be guareenteed(sp, sorry it's late here and I'm having a brain fart, lol) something there that will fit perfectly and be stylish.

try the gap or oldnavy, and lots of stores sell petite sizes only online good luck

Be thankful that you may need to hem something, because I can never find pants that are long enough!!! And you can't add to them but you can always hem.
