Amazing how how the tea kettle is calling the pot black!
The very mention of racism stirrs up so much hate and more racist response by you in your answers. What you fail to understand is just because Hitler and his regime was destroyed, it does not mean there are more nazis in Germany and all over the world. You are simply refusing to accept the fact a few meaningless laws "were" (at the time) enacted by all white senate and congress and it simply did not anticipate obstacles and loop holes that allow for employers and racist people to escape punishment. And in the pursuit of justice, the victim of color is victimized all over by the very laws passed to provide protection. Why would they place statute of limitations on a victims right to fight injustice and allow the racist employers and bigots to escape any liability or accountability? Anyway what are you so affraid of? Can't accept the idea of minorities making laws that they feel are fair to them? Don't trust the minorities?

All laws are supposed to apply to all people at all times

You do not make any law to make any group ahead of another

Reverse discrimination is still discrimination

I am Asian - I need no laws to make someone want to hire me

I'm not sure what your question is but I'd like to address Betty's answer.

Last time I checked, the race of people who use welfare the most are not of color. I believe they are caucasian.

Every college reunion is a white college reunion. Do you even know why there are special ones? It's because people of color represent a small number of those who attend college.

I love it when white people complain about being white. You complain about affirmitive action, but at the same time you have no problem with white family members gettig their other white family members jobs at factories. You have no problem with white people getting their children into Ivy League schools because of legacy.

I love you car and gold comment. No that wasn't a sterotype. I guess it would be right for me to ask why all white people marry their cousins? No, it would not, and I would never comment on an entire race the way you did.

You are right, it does depend on what side of the fence you are on. Must be nice to be on the side you are on. I am so happy I am not on your side of the fence.

Racism is such a touchy subject for white America because they don't have any defense for the past actions. When a black person plays " the race card" a white person has no defense because our ancestors were racist and some were guilty of slavery. However, it is TOTALLY unfair for any black person to play the race card for this simple truth. Blacks are guilty of racism and slavery in their past too. It is a huge misconception that Blacks were rounded up like cattle by white guys in Africa and then put on boats for sale into slavery. This is wrong. Waring tribes in Africa would capture each others people and the sell them to white traders for goods. Blacks selling Blacks into slavery ( and it is still happening in Africa today).
Ask any history professor or African American studies professor and they will tell you the same thing.
So with that being said, it is time for whites and blacks to forgive each others trespasses and learn from the mistakes from both of our pasts so we can teach our kids the right way instead of the bigoted way.

i posted to your last question, but yet I see you are still rambling on because you didn't like the answer as they were given to you. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Sitting here on your computer, lashing out, at the people who don't mean anything to you is going to do nothing for your situation. You are not making your self seem like a very just person, and you are only making your self look bad. At this point, I would have to only speculate that it was your attitude that didn't get you the job or position that you were hoping for and you are using your race and YOUR RACIST attitude as an excuse. Good luck in the future.

I have to tell you that you are the one who sounds racist with your statements. There have been laws laid down so that people can be treated equally including woman, children, all races and religions. I don't see how you can call them meaningless. Quit playing the role of a victim and quit living in the past. Be happy

The funny thing I see is that some people want other people to suffer for someone Else's crimes. What would you call that. This can only create more hatred and allot of other people suffering. I believe everyone should have equal rights in this country. You should go after the ones responsible instead of trying to climb on a certain class.

I hate it that we don't have a "white college fund" or " white college reunions" BCR is what they call it in Florida.. but OH no don't let us ask for the same rights and then we get accused of being racial... what a load of &^%$

just look at welfare. a certian group has learned how to milk the system and then teach their children to do it also.. they keep having children. and who pays for it? any honest american thats who..

what started out as a good concept has turned into a sucking hole in this society.. why don't they get real jobs... but Noooooooo they drive around in their "fancy" cars.. hell i would have a nice car too if i didn't have to pay for food!! they walk around wearing thousands of dollars worth of gold and I'm suppose to feel sorry for them....yeah right..

we are all victims of color, just depends on which side of the fence your on eh?

what we need is for the Govt to clean up it's act and treat all people equal..

You sound angry. Study Martin Luther King. He got a long way by doing things in a kind way. People are punished for their hate crimes in areas where the law is not corrupt. Many people are in inner racial marriages. You are on a high horse riding low. Get off and look at all the advances and beauty of all people around you. There will always be some raciest and if you look deep inside yourself you are one of them.

Perhaps the statute is to help prevent people who make a living off of promoting racial discord from shaking down corporate America even more that it already has been.
