What is the job of a concession attendant, food court attendent, and a guest room attendent? I know it's a stupid question but what exactly do they do in a hotel?

It's all a matter of terminology.
A concession is usually a little shop within the hotel that doesn't belong to the hotel like a shoe shine stand, snack stand, etc.
A food court attendant is someone who works in the food court; the area in a mall or large lobby where all the food shops are concentrated.
A guest room attendant is a maid or bellhop and/or in fancier places a person in the bathroom who hands out soap and towels.
B.T.W. There's no such thing as a stupid question!
